To All:
Can anyone answer what I've heard about LAB doing a private
placement for 4+ million units at 22 cents, it should close
later this month. If this is true that would increase the
outstanding shares by over 9 million. Putting the total out
at around 20 million and 26 mil fully diluted.

gtr,PRICES DISCOUNT EVERYTHING (EXCEPT "ACT OF GOD"); The prices in their day-to-day fluctuations discount everything known, everything foreseeable future [as you said rumor NR next week].....are quickly appraised and their possible effects discounted.

It is going to good news for the rumors, Friday should not discounted like as it was -.11 to .96. and open @1.02 closed day low. I will react this cautiously any how.
