Bruce, GREAT POST!!!!!! You have my vote all the way down the list. I always felt there was a large short but I don't have ties to folks that can confirm that for me. All of the other stuff makes sense EXCEPT: when did the shorting stop? I got the impression it was a few days ago(meaning early this past week). The trading on Wed and Thurs still showed a short in my mind with heavy volume so it would be good if you could clarify your FACT that the shorter has stopped and been caught with a DATE as to when the shorting stopped! If we see weakness Monday, the shorter HAS NOT stopped. It will be a great week! I don't know where to put all of my Easter Eggs, DCTC or my old fav(as many of you know from my prodigy days NETVA!!!!!!!!!!).

Bruce:

Your scenario gives a fresh meaning to the old adage "fact is stranger than fiction." If your suspicions are on track, that would mean that MZ was plotting against us the whole time that he was leading the cheering section. I find that pretty sad.

Opinion... We are about to see a nice turn around in the stock price and added support, as more people begin to take notice from each piece of old news and new news and do their own DD.

Recently, there has been some discussion about whether DCI should invest more in PR. But there is no better PR than a rising stock price, and this would cause DCTC to pop up on screens all over the country.

<<<The current short or shorts and other CC sellers who may have been part
of this, were planning to get all their shares back plus a whole lot more when the WP
deal was completed. With these people expecting Mr. Shalev to be selling up to $3
million worth of DCI stock upon completion of the deal, they could have expected his
shares to keep the price artificially low while they recover their shorts or other shares
sold.
>>>>>>>>>>

Bruce, do you suggest here that Shalev and CC shareholders were in cahoots together, or did the CC people just believe that Shalev would immediately dump all his shares for his own personal reasons?

Bruce,

Great post !! As usual thanks so much for sharing your facts and opinions with all of us. It sure is scary thinking about what the WP deal might have done to us. This is another example of JM's savvy and how he looks after his shareholders. Can you imagine what the reactions must have been like when the short(s) found out the WP - DCI deal was dead. So many things are becoming clear including that crazy influx of negative posters a while back. The ride back up is going to fun, especially knowing that it is in part due to a failed devious plot.

PS.....I hope that Brad and Joe Med. might be able to rejoin us soon. They both deserve to be here with us. Hi guys.

Bruce Opinion... When the short is forced to cover we could see a fast rise as word hits the streets that between 600k and 700k must be covered in such a thin stock. The only time the stock has not been thin was when shares were being floated in from CC shareholders or the short.
.
Will they need to cover by open market purchases? Or are there enough outstanding legend shares and purchase options in their hands to simply wait it out and cover by presenting these shares, when available?
I'm not suggesting they can...I'm really just inquiring...
.

Thanks for the effort put into your post, Bruce.
There was however, one aspect you apparently overlooked:

Fact..DAMIEN is alive and well.

Supposition..He will be there tomorrow and the next day,
and...

Opinion..He has none.
