CHRIS CONDON RESPONSE FOLLOWS

Hope this answers any questions you have regarding the technology

Gary

Hello nvxe shareholders, my name is Chris Condon. I would like to introduce myself to you all and formally address some of the issues raised in postings on this thread regarding my patented above and below 3D system. After having been informed of the dialogue and information regarding the technology, I feel it is now my obligation to you as fellow shareholders of nvxe and to New Visual Entertainment to briefly respond. Unfortunately, at this time I am extremely overwhelmed with work obligations and will be for the next couple of weeks. In short order, however, I will make a more thorough announcement regarding what I understand to be the opportunity for marketing our unique technology so as to keep you all informed and dispel all of the inaccuracies and incomplete information that is currently being posted. I assure you that I am totally convinced that, with my involvement, NVE will succeed and will indeed be competition to every other 3D firm.

Over the past 29 years I have been exclusively involved in 3D motion picture technology and technique. I have developed, patented, and perfected the single strip, above and below process for both 35mm and 70mm 3D motion picture photography. It is the 35mm process that has come under some question by a Mr. Lowry on this thread. Though I can make no judgements regarding Mr. Lowry's credibility, I can certainly attest to my own professional credentials (you may find my complete resume at newvisual.com. While Mr. Lowry certainly appears to be a very knowledgeable and credible industry professional, his comments lead me to conclude that he has somewhat limited experience in special venue and theatrical 3D entertainment. I have devoted the last 29 years to creating and measuring the demand for high-quality, yet economically feasible 3D entertainment. Our successful involvement with Landmark Entertainment who produced the spectacular Terminator II 3D attraction, directed by James Cameron, and the "Ethyl M" project for the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas should be of interest. Mr. Cameron personally chose our 35mm 3D camera lenses to shoot mobile camera portions of T2 3D. These images were successfully blown up to the dual 70mm format used for the rest of the attraction. There is no doubt that 70mm 3D cinematography is superior to 35mm 3D for large screen presentation, however, our 35mm process is perfect for the type of special venue theaters that we expect will make up the bulk of our clientele. Also please be informed that we do have a "Ten Perf 65" camera that shoots two full size 70mm images on a single strip of film that can easily be enlarged to match the format used for large screen presentations. It is the combination of these technologies and our industry-leading experience that lead us to feel confident in our ability to produce economical, high quality 3D entertainment for the above mentioned markets.

I would welcome a conversation with Mr. Lowry which could best begin by email to me at ccondon@newvisual.com.
