What can I say, even Stan the Man said IHIN isn't worth what people paid for it the second day. We are just asking for our money back.

As for those other suits, I agree with the IHI lawyer, those involving various reps will probably be rolled into one.

Anyway, IHI faces three suits: 1) SEC vs IHI, 2) Stock holders vs IHI, and 3) reps vs IHI. There's something for everybody. So have at it.

Hi, Lawrence:
No wonder that Dan has been so excited about the case. I think that he has done this before. He should get a lawyer degree so that he can bring all successful companies to the court! Are you sure that Dan is on the list? I thought that he is a nice BOSS! You must make a mistake!
BTW, I need to sigh off this channel. I went to San Jose to meet my people. We gain more confidence with IHI. I have to spend more time with them but not talking nonsense with the negative guys in this channel. After IHI resolved this case, the negative people will bring more to us. Why pay attention to them. LEt us work out with our people. BYE, guys! I am off here!
