I guess we know where all the extra shares were coming from now...Stan dumping his position? I also read Stan's version of the last six months. Let me play the devil's advocate.....are these the words of a brave CEO who succumb to the pressure and corruption of an evil Chairman and his IR department
(within 6 months?) or the excuses of an officer scorned? Why would he reveal all this negative information b4 the lifting of the suspension (which I have heard is on a completely different issue) or any pertinent news release regarding his resignation? I can't understand why he is being made out to be SKB's knight in shining armour on this thread. Am I to believe that someone so obviously gifted in his vocation would not complete his own due dilly prior to joining a small Canadian company thousands of miles away from his home base? With these comments, perhaps he has jeopardized the lifting of the suspension for SKB shares in the name of personal ego satisfaction or sour grapes.
Like I said....just food for thought.

Good Luck Stan

Would you post "Stan's side of the story" (assuming it's email).

Thanks
