Yanks Peak Resources Ltd - News Release Alberta diamond property acquisition Yanks Peak Resources Ltd YPR Shares issued 13,961,721 Apr 13 close $0.05 Tue 14 Apr 98 News Release Mr Douglas Mason reports Consolidated Ventures Holdings and Yanks Peak Resources have entered into an agreement to purchase, each as to a 50% interest, certain metallic and industrial mineral permits submitted to Alberta Energy from Raynard William Howarth for $17,230.03. Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consists of a one time cash payment of $1,250 payable to YPR and 22,919 common shares of Venturex and 50,000 common shares of YPR. Under the agreement, Howarth will retain a 2.5% net diamond royalty, and Venturex and YPR have the right to purchase 1% of the diamond royalty for $1,000,000.
