Thanks, Barry. I read in this mornings paper that we have a 9.5% unemployment, up from our historical average of 8.7. B.C. is sometimes referred to as "Lotus Land" as it attracts a very high percentage of young people who come west for our warm climate and generous welfare system. We too have trouble recruiting IT and CS staff. I note your background and interest in C++.
