OT...OT...Gottfried, Do you use Worden Bros, System 2000?

I have been using it for about a year and find it quite interesting.
The BOP seem to indicate "impending volatility" more than indicator of increase in stock price. That is only my impression, I've never had the time to actually study it. However, if stock is being accumulated over a period of time, and the stock price is not increasing, then the stock price could spike up ( because of anticipated good "news", or gap down ( because of unfavorable "bad" news), since whoever was accumulating would now be selling. Therefore, the play on BOP may be some sort of option straddle such as, strip, strap, or short butterfly straddle.
Hope this makes sense.
Good investing,
