TTI Telecom Wins Second Major Contract in Brazil Leading New Brazilian Operator Selects TTI for its Cellular Network Management Solution PETAH TIKVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1998-- TTI - Team Telecom International (''TTI'') (NASDAQ: TTILF - news) announced today that it has been selected together with its local Brazilian representative, CONSTRUTEL PROJETOS E CONSTRUCOES LTDA (''CONSTRUTEL''), to provide a leading B-Band Operator based in Brazil, with its Network Management solution for wireless networks. The award is TTI's second major contract in Brazil. TTILF is on the launch pad, countdown has commenced, 3..2..1.. Blast off. Houston, we have liftoff. TTILF has demonstrated that they can get the major contracts. I hope that these announcements get them noticed by the institutions that have the ability to make the price move. It's not a question of "If" anymore, It's a question of "When".
