I would suspect that Mr. Yeros was in Chicago to deal with one of two things, and maybe both: 1) firming up whatever is going down in this big upcoming announcement 2) dealing with this ADRX lawsuit, since there are rumors of a high level informant Either way, shareholders benefit.

Ken: Several things come to light in the Windy City area. There are several large medical facilities in the area. Cook Co. Hospital, Univ of Chicago, Univ. of Illinois, Loyola Univ Hospital. The American Health Infomation Management Assoc. (AHIMA) is in Chicago and have been holding discussions on legislation regarding privacy in this field. Possibly he is involved in some capacity in these talks. Several groups involved in these talks are national companies in this field such as the MRC Group. This Group has bought out several smaller companies last year and may still be expanding. Just a thought no facts to back it up. However I have several local sources of information looking into it today. On the other hand he may just have a lady friend in the area ???? I have increased my position by 50% today @ 9/32.
