To All,

In reply to my questions to Ross Clarkson, Pres. of TGLEF on the subject of the ratification of the PSA for the S1 and other developments including IR efforts:

<<The PSA was submitted to the parliament on April 12th as planned. We
are still trying to find out when our PSA will fall on the agenda for
this sitting. There are presently five PSA's waiting on approval and we
are top on the list. As soon as our agent can get the parliament's
discussion agenda we will know what day we are expecting approval. We
do not anticipate any problems at this point as all the major hurdles
have been overcome.

There is not much else for news at this point. I attended an
I.R./financing seminar last week and guess what I learned. It is about
oil. I talked to three financial news letter writers and they all
confirmed that they only write research on companies that are showing at
least 30% growth in revenues and earnings. With so many good stories in
todays markets they can be very selective in the stocks they follow.
One speaker suggested that gold and oil companies not waste any money on
I.R. in 98 as it will not produce any interest in those sectors.
Nevertheless I did pick up a few pointers on I.R. and will be
incorporating them into our I.R. strategy.

Regards,
Ross>>
