delta design test handlers are the machunes that take packaged I.C.'s,move and hold them for a hot and cold performance test.it is a wholy owned subsidiary of cohu inc.they are the largest domestic producer of test handlers-they are the exclusive test handler for intel.cohu also has a division called DAYMARC,they are the exclusive test handler for micron.The really neat part about cohu is that regardless of who builds what electronic I.C.. they all have to be 100% tested.any shrinkage in size -modify test handler dedicated kit.constant evolution constant business.I purchased cohu in 1985.really just on a value play-have since learned by observation how dynamic your industry is.these tester handlers hold I.C.'s so testers like teradyne can run their performance tests.every I.C.needs them.do you see another niche machine that every I.C.needs?Really do value your opinion.
