Daddy Bigs and I have patched this "misunderstanding" up with a phone conversation. His actions here are related to incidents on the RMIL thread and I see the point he's trying to make.

I emailed Jill and told her to give aleta access to the header. She'll write it, and her name will be on the top.

As for me, I'm gone. I'll be sitting over at KTWO.

For all of those wanting a good laugh, check out this thread:

The following is an at-the-end-of-the party type remark and should be construed as a form of cheerleading for NETZ.

I note that, reading prior postings, I can tell you're all having a great weekend.

Look, Lair is pretty clear here. Why don't you all adjust your tracking devices? Lair has been--likely originally brought on board as a consultant via the Lair Consulting Group--CEO of Zulu-tek and ESVS for a period of time. He apparently, until further notice, still is the CEO. But, since not actually operating in that capacity, his second in command has done so in his absence. And no, his second in command is not Hayton.

So where does this leave him? Doing work that fits the best of what one has to offer. For Lair, this is marketing. And NEC had a pretty good place for him to plug his talents. They must have also given him a good range for his ideas.

Meanwhile, he was originally brought on board Zulu to help it grow through its transition stage. Nothing sinister here. Thus, throughout a short period of time, Lair has served as ESVS/Zulu CEO. In this capacity he obviously helped restructure the company during a very critical period. What's wrong with this? Would you rather have someone of lessor talent do this for Zulu?

Having already helped make the company structurally throughout reorganization--something comes up which fits exactly into what he likes to do best, marketing with big budgets. Why would he not take the NEC deal? It was profitable for him and fit his forte.

So the question then becomes: Why then, therefore, does he decide to stay with Zulu when he doesn't have to? This is a better question than: Why did he go to NEC? The answer is: Obviously, there's something to Zulu. He's already committed both time and resources to redirect it. That's what he was paid to do. He's done it. Moreover, he probably added some new connections into the NETZ mix.

No one has yet answered what Lair's role was within the 50 million dollar private placement.

Having helped Zulu through a transformational stage, he figures they've got their new business direction down, so he decides to move on to NEC's lucrative deal. Because he believes in his work, and because he believes in the future of Zulu, he stays with Zulu--just as current sitting Microsoft executives also serve on boards elsewhere.

Apparently, based on his decision to be on the board, and because he's already contributed much toward reshaping of Zulu, and because of all the experience he has, it's not at all surprising that he got elected be chairman of Zulu's board? Were I a board member, I'd vote for his chairmanship.

So what's the problem here? It reads real easy. Lair is on the board of ZuluMedia. The Zulu corporate structure is soon to be released. And when it comes out, Lair will still prominently be on board, as the ESVS SEC filing indicates.

Now there's an SI statement that he'll be the chairman of Zulu's board. This too is both unconfirmed. But if so, it's wonderful news; nothing more, nothing less.

But Lair, as chairman of the board, will continue to lend, for Zulu, both his expertise and connections--there's no other way to look at it. How can anyone be unhappy about this, unless they had a certain agenda to make the NETZ stock price go down?

When you put haters of the stock together with fence sitters, you then have long advocates explaining a lot of stuff that already should be quite clear. So when the advocate attempts to clarity, the skeptics (along with their fence-sitting allies, who want to get back into the stock when it's at a low price), go after the the so-called messager.

Didn't something like this just happen to me?

I can't take it anymore. I need some sleep. Will dream of constant upticks.

Happy Easter Holidays,
Michael
