[ 30-Day Rule and Ioptics ]

From my understanding, new stocks just can't be marginable for 30 days under Federal Reserve rules, and that means such stocks can't be shorted, which requires that the shares be marginable.

By the way, I'm about to contact Christian Paasche about any potential questions we may have about Ioptics. He has contacts within the company who seem to want to help out with any potential questions we may have.

If I don't have any questions to bring him, it won't be a productive phone call, so...help me out with some questions to ask :o) (Dave, or anyone else who has an interest in this little company). Any questions, technologically-related, or commercial applications, time frames of development, etc.

Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Rainier
