My take continues to be that the KOO KOO name and product are a precious commodity. There in an inveterate cult of loyal to the death KOO KOO customers. However unless KOO KOO becomes a "glamour " stock like Amazon .com or Yahoo death spiral is in the cards (accumulated liabilities and warrant dilution's). As long as kkro is a public entity is can garner unprecedented media attention, and already proved it can churn over 23,000,000 shares in one day which is small feat! I offer one other way kkro can increase sales, collect money and attract even more media attention:
For a three year period kkro unleashes the original market ploy of offering warrants to all customers who during a three year period have purchased kkro product. That is all interested kkro customers would be allowed to receive an instacard with their name and bar code. For each $10.00 spent at kkro they would be eligible to receive one warrant , convertible to purchase one share of kkro stock at $10.00. This offer would be limited for only three years and could only be redeemed when units of 100 shares are accumulated . That is the customer would have to spend at least $1000 over a period of three years (what-$10.00 every three weeks) to authenticated the conversion. Of course this would likely keep the stock below $10.00 for a few years because of the financial requirements kkro would have to prepare for if they needed to start buying shares at $10.00 in order to sell to all future redeemers; but (and they should be so lucky) the additional capital triggered at $10.00 would be a free float (especially when the Co. surmised the program was taking off and financed additional accumulations for their eventual redemption at a
higher price).
The media attention to this mass appeal landmark marketing ploy directed toward millions of enfranchised traditional non-investors would have global ramifications.Media pundits would be stepping over each other promoting this story. Problem is no kkro management person would ever try this campaign especially if co- shareholders get away with labeling me a "moron".
