I like the industry and this co. looks interesting... but....

There is such a thing as too small a float. People shy away due to liquidity problems in trading the stock.

If the 167,000 shares is valid; then 167,000 * $1.1875 = $198,312

All it takes is:
19 investors to invest $10,000 or
38 investors to invest $5000
and the stock basically cannot trade.

As funny as it may sound to you, IMO I think they need to add shares to the float to make it more viable. If I were an investor with sizable funds I'd be afraid to invest in this stock because a $10,000 investment would control over 5% of the float.
