Good morning and God Bless you and our Dearest Shalom. I was thinking the other day I must get back here soon for a sanity break. My life continues to roll along without the slightest ripple of anything unpleasant, so it is pretty unreal. I give thanks daily for such a strange miracle. It seems the worse it gets all around me, the happier my little peaceful bubble gets. Praise Jesus Christ from whom all blessing flow, Praise HIM all creatures here below. Praise HIM above ALL Heavenly Hosts--Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. I just looked up "hosts". Praise HIM above all heavenly hosts has been interpreted that the Son is now above the Father, and forget the Father, I believe. When in fact the Strongs shows hosts only appearing the in the OT, which is strange, and is "a mass of persons (or figuratively "things") organized for war (an army)...appointed time, army, battle service soldiers, waiting upon... Hallelujah. I am an earthly HOST!! OT or not. In the NT it is only when Gabriel himself approached Mary, and Luke writes that at that time Mary was able to see the heavenly hosts like Steven did as the rocks were smashing into his face. SHALOM, JACK, I just see a scripture here which also holds one of the great mysteries of God, which Rev. 10 says that in the day of the 8th Angel, most certainly as we speak it is his day, "The Mystery of God will be finished." I take that literally to mean all of the unknonwn and hidden pieces. SHALOM, JACK, do you see something here that I have for a long time in this scripture: Acts 7:44, Steven is speaking here right before they start smashing his head to pulp. "Our fathers TABERNACLE OF WITNESS IN THE WILDERNESS as he (God the Father) had appointed, speaking to Moses, that Moses should make it as he had seen (as God had given him spiritual sight to see what it should look like when finished) We know that of course. But this is obscure, what do you think: THAT ALSO OUR FATHERS THAT CAME AFTER BROUGHT IN WITH JESUS INTO THE PROCESSION OF THE GENTILES, WHOM GOD DRAVE (DROVE?) OUT BEFORE THE FACE OF OUR FATHERS, UNTO THE DAYS OF DAVID. (That takes the Strongs for sure) But here is the secret, Steven is speaking of David and the presence of God in the TABERNACLE. "...days of David. Who found favor in the eyes of God and DESIRED TO FIND A TABERNACLE FOR THE GOD OF JACOB. BUT SOLOMON BUILT HIM A HOUSE. This is the lost scripture for me. Have you ever been along these lines? Just wondering. I'll work on it when I find time. But this is part of the mystery, for sure. From Tabernacle of the living god to a house (structure) built by a Canaanite idol worshipper, Hiram. Anyway, this is a subject whose time has come I'm afraid.
