A lesson in market making analysis. Using CCUR as example.

While technical analysis in trend lines require intersection of the lines to project predictions; in market making it is the accounting of stock pools and cash pools. Stock pools control the short interest and cash pools control the price movements.

Two volume days both coincided with reports of 5% ownership filed with SEC. These reports identified the sources of wealth in the cash pool size, as well as the proportion of the stock pool size in the float.

With that information, we can expect if CCUR is continuously supported by these sources, that 300% move on CCUR price is possible. That will require CCUR to perform. This is an unknown factor as of now.

How can stockholders make CCUR perform to get 300% move? By management consulting to the management.

CCUR turned around last year. Refocused to the realtime business of IVOD. So far without any major contract wins. Re-engineered to have earnings reasonably steady. Expanded into RTOS software business to support Motorola cpu boards. Had a few wins on flight simulation systems, power simulation systems and military system upgrades.

What does it take to keep on improving on stockholders' value in CCUR.
With a revenue of 100 million and 45 million shares outstanding; CCUR has to do the impossible to increase revenue and earnings, to support the target price of the stock. $10/share target would require $0.50/share of earnings. $100/share would require $5/share of earnings. They have to reduce R&D or at least amortize it; cut sale expenses by using sales representatives and direct sales through internet web site. Cut head counts and overhead.

But better yet is to expand more new products in realtime, new higher speed CPUs, to attract more users. New software to add DSP to do ATM functions on board. Re-examine IVOD from entry level to sophisticated systems to find a few niches. Last but not the least, acquire companies in VOD to gain market shares, same as Microsoft and Realnetworks.

Without a long range plan and a big cap mentality, CCUR is only a $5 stock

Happy Easter to all investors using this method of technical analysis, market making analysis and management consulting. Good fortune is only two years away.
