AGORA: Thanks for the comprehensive update. Also, between the draft update and the official published version, in quickly glancing at it, I noticed some significant additions/clarifications: more clarification on "Deep Roots"; under MISC, information on the growth of the company and item "F" under Techwest including other forums to be set up. These are significant additions/clarifications. Your efforts to improve investor relations with SYD are much appreciated.

Have a Happy Easter,
Bert

PS. Can this info be issued in the form of a press release??

Agora,

It is past two weeks since your last update so I anticipate one shortly. In that vein consider some of the following in your update.

1) Could you clarify your relationship to us here on this thread, please. In the NR announcing your involvement with SYD we read... "Vancouver, BC - Sideware Systems Inc. (VSE symbol: SYD) is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Agora Internet Relations Corp. (Agora) to support Sideware's Internet shareholder communication objectives. The objective of this agreement is to create effective corporate communication between Sideware and it's shareholders through the Internet, as well as the Internet investment community as a whole.

Agora will receive a monthly fee of $1,700 and a two-year option to purchase 50,000 shares of the company at $0.50 each, subject to the approval of the Vancouver Stock Exchange.

"As an emerging software publishing company, we are striving to increase our level of communication with shareholders and the public. Specifically, we recognize the Internet as a very important tool in accomplishing this goal," states Owen Jones, President of Sideware Systems Inc. "Agora's extensive network in Internet communication will be a huge benefit to our shareholders."
(emphasis mine) Could you make plain that you only consider it your role to provide updates and not to engage in the dialogue. You asked for a honeymoon period and I think most of us here willingly granted you that. But it is now almost three months since your involvement and forbearance wears thin when you won't answer my public posts or private messages. What activities exactly do you consider appropriate to your role in facilitating communication with shareholders on the internet?

2) Hot Notions simply put is at present "going nowhere". It most definitely is not a "profit centre". What concrete actions is the company taking to change this situation? What exactly was the result of the V.P. meeting in Texas with Sunset Direct regarding marketing Hot Notions?

3) The Techwest Investors relations site? What, Where, When and Why? The why is regarding spending more such money at this time on investors relations when the company is not utilizing these discusion threads nearly as they could now. Why doesn't the company use us (internet shareholders) as PR. Look what Amazon is trying to do to help over at Stockhouse yet no response.

4) I see absolutely no changes on the storefront. When will we see the results of DEEP ROOTS efforts in redesigning the site? On April 12th we were told we would see 3rd party products for sale on site by the end of April.

5) What is Sideware's current burn rate with the addition of the new employees, hardware and space?

6) Please provide some hard numbers regarding the downloading of Net Notions from the Lotus site. Is it in fact being downloaded by any significant number of companies for testing?

7) Please respond to my questions from post # 2953.

Thank you,
ghunk
