George,
There you go again getting all pessimistic on us. Man, you must be a very moody person. You are right, they may not have to cover immediately, but the gap-up is telling me that someone is looking to cover already. Secondly, to answer you next question, why would anyone continue to short when the Worldpass deal was dead. Well, I don't know the answer to this one and there are not too many people that do. But, I can offer some input. The deal wasn't officially announced dead until the last press release. The shorting has been taking place for some time now. Maybe they thought there was still a chance for the deal to go through. As we all know, DCI was pretty quiet about the whole thing.

Finally George, if you don't share "our" vision why don't you sell your shares and move on. It appears that you think the selling is going to continue. If that was true I would expect the stock price to drop. Therefore, maybe you should get out before that happens.

DAVE

George,

Your negativity continues to amaze me. You've gotted twisted in a knot over this issue and you made some really bad decisions about who you've chosen to believe. Why do you continue to hang around this board and indicate you own shares while all the time badmouthing the
stock with your negativity? If you own shares, you are just stepping
on your own feet and if you don't own shares, you said you'd never
sit around and badmouth a stock you don't own. So which is it? Are
you out or are you just too bent on proving you are not as ignorant
as you appeared when you were last being used?
