I knew I had written one for Tweety about the resurrection somewhere. I found in on a smaller 386 my daughter has. It answers in simple prose some of the answers I was looking for.

The Prophecy

Gabriel brought a portrait to this world to roam
to influence all the colors of his life
drawing him in a straight line to find all strife
and guiding him in the pictures of his home

Inspiring him to compose teachings with goodliness
guiding his artistry with celestial hands
piloting his strokes through the hourglass sands
painting him in the techniques of godliness

To him his teachings were quite real, he would say
for God teachings existed within his heart
day after day coloring his easel with heavenly art
and each brush stroke taught God's word every day

His only crime was to be "King of the Jews"
from his faith and destiny he did not hide
thus nailed to a cross and stabbed in the side
by a sword and crown of thorns blood did ooze

Life as we know it passed from our world to his
taken to a cave his placed under a shroud
while this world of ours was under a cloud
his only crime a teacher and not that of a whiz

But then came the resurrection on the third day
joining the Divine Trinity with God as one
in the loss of a divine teacher this world won
giving birth to Christianity which is here to stay
