>>And John if it takes 3 or 4 months later to achieve Breakeven status
because of the IC Verify merger and that deal is a trade off for increased
market share....Then I'd also expect a bigger chunk of the profits from this
segment down the road.<<

I'm not too concerned about breakeven status at this time, I'm more concerned about the revenue growth and market share. This is a young Co. and it's expected for expense to increase with revenues in the development stages.

>>As I see it this is a pure play on the number of times the consumer clicks
the buy button.....I did it once this quarter, that's a start.<<

Breakeven point is probably a secondary issue. The key is making the revenue growth projection. To hit the 7.5 to 8 million per quarter by the end of this year; they need to get 40 % sequential revenue growth. That is the key number to look for this Q. Greater that 40 percent equates to greater stock price and vice versa. This must come from continuing operations exclusive of ICVerify contributions. I don't think ICVerify results will be booked this Q but don't know.

>>Are consumers buying on the internet? I think more are now than 3 months
ago, but I like you don't know how much more.<<

Good question... thought this excerpt from Condon might help. I'll take my que from Condon on this one. And He's right about Dell because I have shares in Dell computer. Dell estimates it well be averaging $6,000,000 a day in sales in yr. 2000 over the net.
-- It seems as if the excitement surrounding electronic commerce is slowing. Do you think this market still has the potential for rapid growth? "Let's put it this way: Sales in the average [retail] store were basically flat. But the amount of business conducted over the Internet grew by three times. With companies like Dell Computers selling $3 million in PCs per day on their Web site, it's clear
Internet commerce is picking up."

Placed order upping my take on this stock. Anybody care to join for tomorrow's trading?

<off topic> has anybody heard of Southwest Securities? (symbol SWS). They provide order clearing for institutions and run a regional brokerage and asset management service in the Southwest of your country (remember I am from Panama). They also own www.mydiscountbroker.com. What caught my attention is that on an interview to the CEO, he places much emphasis on how they intend to exploit the internet for the services offered to institutional customers. As a matter of fact they run their own ISP. They have other related projects going on. If interested check out their site at www.swst.com. Then we can start a thread on this one.
