Hi Chi,

Buy out rumors are bad news. It means investors are getting desperate and are grasping at straws to justify their stock purchase. You will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER see a buy out rumor come true. That kind of information leak would cause the SEC to come down on insiders like the wrath of god, with a whole bunch of folks sitting in jail when they got done. Whenever you see a buy out rumor, go short or pick up some cheep puts.

If you aren't invested in a company on it's own merits, it's best to look for another investment. Buy out rumors are for suckers or the rare day trader with VERY fast reflexes.

Regards,

Don
