Re: Tech support.

Back to the Future:
---------------------------

Helpline: GM tech. support, can I help you?

Customer: Howdy pardner!, say, I just received this auto-mobile of
yours, and.... well I have been read'ng this here instruction booklet, and well, sir I am a little puzzled. You see I do believe I got the short end of the deal because I paid the enormous amount of $558.62 dollars, (includes freight to the Lone Star Ranch here in the great state of Texas), based on the fact that in your promotional sales material you indicated that this auto-mobile was powered by an entire 10 horse power source.

Helpline: Yes sir that's right, it is a brand new technology that makes the engine very reliable and travel at speeds never traveled before, have you taken it for a ride yet?

Customer: A ride? how can I?, you interrupted me in what I've been
trying to tell you all this time.

Helpline: What's that sir?

Customer: Well, as I was saying, I opened the crate, and of course I
started reading your instruction booklet, in this little book it confirms your sales material that the 10 horse power source is included, and frankly I thing you forgot to send them to me.

Helpline: What?, you mean they send you a chassis without an engine?

Customer: What is an engine?

Helpline: An engine?, well sir, that is precisely the power source we
were discussing a minute ago.

Customer: Now, listen to me boy!, don't you confuse me, let's start from the beginning, I bought this here machine because I thought I had a good bargain when you told me that in addition to all these niceties of city liv'ng, such as the leather seats, steering wheel (which I assume is made of steer-hide), etc. etc., I was gett'ng this thing you call the "power source" of 10 horses, now that was the main reason for me to go and buy this thing.

Now you are trying to confuse me with all this terminonology, that I can not even begin to comprehend, let alone understand. In addition, you are now telling me that ....

Helpline: Sir, excuse me sir, please listen to me, you see when we
described the power source being of a capacity of 10 horse power, it means that we send the unit to you including an engine that it is capable of executing the same work as if you.....

Customer: (This time really getting irate): What did you say? included? that is outrageous for you to say that!!

Helpline: Why is that sir?

Customer: Because you never included the damn, what you called it? "power source"?, from the start, you see you robbed me! when you shipped this auto-mobile, you never included the power thing you talk about. If you had, there would be horse shit all over the place! not from one but from 10 horses!!

What now! you are going to tell me I do not know how to transport horses, and what they do while transporting them! We Texans invented Bullshit now on top of all the terminonology you are trying to confuse me with, you are going to preach to the preacher himself, king of all bullshit, why you #$%@@# SOB....

Helpline: good bye sir, click..........
