Those on this thread have done the finest job of analysis I have ever witnessed. You made my job in selecting this security easy -- what we have to offer is the ability to report from a management prospective.

Most who understand my style of stock selection realize the importance of the reputation of those who run the respective company and what the street's analysts believe their level of credibility to be.

Also of interest is the multiple interactions CYCH has created. It appears that this company's desire is to integrate its abilities with others not control them.

Executive compensation ratios are positive -- take a little cash to pay for your needs and keep your equity investment within the company strong. Ownership of 30% of the float, not including potential future dilution, is attractive but not controlling. Melton's prior and continuing relationship with Verifone and America Online is very attractive. At Verifone Melton had to deal with the announcement of a most negative quarter -- credibility abounds with respect to his well known reputation on the street.

James Condon is nobody's fool and CYCH should be happy to have him as CFO. Legent was a wonderful company and prospered under his control. The same is in the cards with Condon at the financial helm at CYCH. I am not familiar with others at the company but believe the individuals in these two critical position can hold the reigns in spending and produce surprising earnings reports going forward.

Best wishes to all with respect to CYCH and other investments. We look forward to reading other posts and will keep all abreast of the information we are able to gleen from upcoming discussion with management.
