How about looking at a small company that may be next of the buy list of the big boys?

American BioMed a small company in the minimally invasive surgery field which is very similar to the company that AVEI just bought. ABMI investors could benefit from a similar take over scenario.

While investors here on this thread speculate if insider selling spells the end of AVEI rise perhaps they should simply be looking for a greater risk to reward ratio.

ABMI closed at .70 today on volume of over 600,000 shares. There are about 18 million shares and a lot of them are now in very secure hands.

At the beginning of March I started a new thread here at SI to discuss the prospects for ABMI when the stock was trading at .34. Personally I don't believe that the stock is merely a double. If you are so inclined please take the time the time to do some due diligence and check out the following information. Here is a URL for the new thread:

Subject 19556

Here is a URL to the take over information on AVEI and World Medical. If ABMI investors saw a $62 million offer for American BioMed that could mean in excess of $3 a share for investors:

biz.yahoo.com

Here is a URL that will give you some idea of the products available and in R&D at American BioMed:

americanbiomed.com

American BioMed has an excellent chance of becoming a profitable company all on it's own by 1999. Read the thread! It's all there.

Go ABMI!
