My point was why have all these other entities seen "the numbers" when we "owners" are left guessing how the numbers are derived. As for the ATXI LOI the press release says "The companies noted that the mutually agreed to terms also state that the agreement is non-binding and non-exclusive." Either side can back out at anytime. What kind of press release is that. They agreed to talk, we already knew that. ATXI can agree to talk even if they have seen the audited numbers and they sucked. I currently have faith in Ira, but with nothing in stone on anything, I would categorize it as blind faith.
