I am curious to know your take on the potential for regulating
fax over the internet. On the one hand fax has traditionally gone
over the public phone lines; on the other hand it is not a two way
exchange and it seems more like plain data that would be exempt
from these regulations.

All FCC Followers,
There's a new subject heading titled, "FCC Regulations" covering what is currently in the news. It needs some more input and opinions. Please post over there and let's keep the conversation going. It's getting interesting now. FCC could really do some major damage to VoIP, data network build out, Internet, etc..
