It is attractive if you believe:
The operating margins are upgraded around end of second quarter.

For this to happen, the volume of pentium II has to significantly increase enough to offset the growing volume of k6, pentium,etc.

I havenot seen reasons published why an average user needs a pentium 2 versus regular pentium. I have not seen any killer application that needs pentium 2 over pentium.

I think towards the end of 99, risc/cisc chip from intel/hp could lift the earnings. Until then, I feel it is going to be flat.

Given that we may have established a short term range of 65-70, any opportunities here? Oct 70 Puts?
