You are right. Market caps are based on fully diluted shares...I believe there are 40 million times 1.5 is 60 million market cap and if you are looking for a $5 share price it is 200 million market cap reserved only for ignorant players....With current gold prices these companies can't afford to become producing mines... look at all the small co. that have become bankrupt at currene gold prices. I.E this company is not worth the current price held up by promoters only.

I intended 60, no matter. There will be 50 million or so shares out before this project proves up. The money you continually refer to was never raised last year. The 4 million units at $4.10 announce Jan 24/97 was never completed because in March the investors pulled their funds off the table because mining issues were falling fast due to Brex. The same thing happened again with 9 million units at .92 cents announce in July, stock was falling faster than the money could be raised, again because of the junior mining issue sell off due to gold price and the Brex factor. So that money you refer to and question never materialized, thus that's why the co. came close to losing Sinchao and the stock price hit .22 cents. Oh, but what once in a life-time opportunity for those investors who believed in their projects and that the management would be successful in selling the right people on their merit. Just look at want the company and stock has done in the last 3 months, there is a story behind it that has a lot more believers than non- believers like you and Ruby. Keep watching and telling yourself its to late now as the price keep rising. By the way, if this is no good, what do you believe is good in this playing field, I personally like companies that have something to promote. This is the play for this year and the buss word in Van.,and your going to miss it. happy trading Dan
