3) I doubt Del wanted the company because they were losing money.

C'mon Rod, there's no need to revise history. But more importantly, what would you do if you were in Del's shoes now? Don't assume "the street" has the answers...

Beating up on old news like VSGN is wasting your energy and time.
Don't drive the car by looking into the back mirror.

Buy semis when pe is the highest and shows signs of turn around.
ATML is gonna pop soon if not today.
