Excellent point, David. I'd not thought of that risk to short-sellers. As CMGI has stated that they plan to distribute shares in their companies to shareholders (as they did last year with LCOS), that is not an idle threat, either. CMGI's behavior patterns remind me of Safeguard Scientific, which did similar, and let their shareholders get in on various IPOs at the ground floor. Wasn't Cascade one of those?
