The equivalent tax/levies paid by the long-distance companies to the local companies and the tax man is huge.< All FCC Followers, There's a new subject heading on SI titled, "FCC Regulations" covering what is currently in the news. It needs some more input and opinions. Please post over there and let's keep the conversation going. It's getting interesting now.
