AC, Transformation was a Y2K company I looked at and decided it didn't have much to offer in the way of solutions that aren't already offered by more established firms. These penny stocks are not really my cup of tea, I'd rather buy options on larger cos., but as I told Sue in the note above, as a gamble, they can be ok. To tell you the truth, this one looks shakier than hers. A lot of dinky "software firms" are coming out of the woodwork with Y2k solutions, and most of them are not going to make it. I think TPII is more likely to be one of them than it is to be the next Keane. For money that might otherwise go on a long shot in a horse race, it is ok, but this isn't an investment quality co., at least not yet. MB
