James & CLK

I was also unable to find a definite # of outstanding and f.d.
number of shares for GME, but I will investigate and report later.

For EXL:
(At year end 1996)
# outstanding 26660919
# warrants out 2699400
# fully diluted 29360319

I do not believe any more shares were issued during 1997.
EXL did have a buy-back program installed in 1997, but in my
discussions with management I found out that due to low price
of gold and lower than expected gross margins, no shares were
bought back in 1997.

Regards,
GB

PS) By the way: CLK, welcome to the thread.
James, great display of numbers in your last thread.
