I've wavered from one side of the fence to other re SVGI so often in the past few weeks that an observer would probably be dizzy from all the turns made.

Right now, I think that SVGI will be quite successful but don't ask me again if more than 5 minutes have elapsed.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to determine if SVGI's lagging sales are due to the industry slowdown or SVGI's inability to execute.

You are right. I'm sure he's been in the semi equip business long enough to have seen quite a few boom/bust cycles, and to know from personal experience that if you aren't ready when the upturn happens, then it's tough luck, buddy!
