vargas,

No disagreement about getting the facts. I'm fully on board with you on that point. Getting Darlene's opinion now that things seem as bad as they do is very legitimate. I'd like to know as well. But as I said in my first post, I wish we were all privy to the info & status reports the JV is getting. Darlene is only one source. The best source is from BCMD mngmnt. I don't see how you can get anything from them if they choose to keep silent.

My first post was to try to see if a legitimate scenario could be found that would be both consistent with the story & the current facts as we know them. While it's a stretch, my belief is that something like what I posted is what is happening. Ask yourself the following. Why would the JV be giving money, up to $16 million, and all the gold belongs to current shareholders until all $16 million is spent? Seems, they would be more likely to agree to get gold verified, identify sources etc. Then get 49% when gold is actually moving to the bottom line. Part of the facts are there is a JV who's pouring money into what seems a dog (unless the JV story is an out & out lie along with the reports of current payments).

I'm not an incurable optimist, (I can be cured) what is happening is concerning and even threatening. Never the less, some of the list of facts as I see them are:

1) The story. (True or not it's a great story)
2) The JV exists. I can't see what is in it for them if they are part of a scam. After all, the only value they get is from the stock price (if that is wrong, please advise).

Chapin should be getting at least some input from Lionel about the temper of the thread. Maybe Lionel wont see all this & has put it off till Monday, then a day or two to notify Chapin, and develop an answer for us. I'd say if we don't hear something by Wed/Thurs at the latest we'll have a right/an obligation to get answers. It may well be that Lionel's in-box is filled with e-mails already & we'll get an answer by late Monday or early Tuesday.

Market cap of 100Million; about the time I bought. hmmmm, Your right, I never thought of that. Good point. Still learning.

vargas, I'm not trying to convince you or others of my idea, just letting you see my thinking. But you & the others are right, we need facts more then speculation, mine or others. And we deserve an explanation.

Long BCMD; concerned but still long. LarryL

Some of us have been bashing Darlene lately and I don't think it's either fair or proper to do so. In the past, every time she posted her notes, sure, she was very enthusiastic, but I don't think it was with the intention of defrauding or duping anyone. She always qualified herself with a "do your own DD," remember? IMO she went out of her way to emphasize that she was NOT recommending BCMD, or any other stock for that matter, but honestly trying to provide us with information we otherwise would not have known. (Some folks are currently hyping other stock on this thread, and shouldn't be.) 'Nuf said.

Vargas, with all due respect, your input recently has been very informative, But I can remember at one point, months back, when you were persona non grata on this thread. In fact someone even set up your own thread for you to keep you off this one.

We ALL live in "glass houses" and I don't think we should be throwing "stones" at each other. It's not only unnecessary, but could be unfairly damaging to one's self-concept. This doesn't only apply to Darlene, but to anyone.

Vargas, I'm NOT intending this as a personal attack on you, but just trying to bring up a point and a fact (please try to understand where I'm coming from). To the contrary, I think your posts, as of late, are very interesting and informative.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend and holiday.

Bill

Vargus:

I was just told by a friend that I should go read the SI thread because I am being bashed and stoned by people like you. I am long on BCMD and comfortable with my investment so haven't felt the need to read, listen to, or respond to all the unprofessional negative hypsters that like to frequent these forums. You insist on attacking any investor who is willing to do their own due diligence, and make a investment decision based on fact not hype.

It infuriates negative hypsters when we well informed investors share any information with others. Therefore, I feel it is pointless to waste my time responding to people like you, Vargus, who have nothing better to do than spend your time insulting the intelligence of anyone who actually buys stock in a company based on fact not hype. So go ahead and ridicule me all you want. I just consider the source, laugh and move on. I will continue to do so.

I bought my shares and continue to own stock in BCMD because I still feel it is a good investment. I will only sell my shares, when the facts within the company change, not because of the empty posts made by negative hypsters. The fact is BCMD is financially stronger than it has ever been in the past and it is steadily moving in the right direction. I feel it is only a matter of time before the stock price follows.
