Kevin - Nice speech. If your comments were about a NYSE or AMEX listed company. This is the wild and wooly world of the OTC-BB. The equivalent of the old west before any civilized control. That is why putting money in ANY company listed on this "exchange" is gambling, not investing.
Who told you that you "own" a portion of this company? You own a piece of paper that may or may not increase in value. Then you can choose to keep the paper or sell it to someone else. The average compensation of CEO's for Fortune 500 companies exceeds 200 million dollars per year. How many of the investors were asked to approve these levels? Do you think Ira needs to ask anyone on this thread if his salary could double or triple this year? No.

I picked this race horse hoping for a winner. If the stock hits a buck I will sell. Simple. Next race. If this horse runs dead last - so what? I put the paper in the looser drawer and move on. Next race. This entire concept of buying penny stocks is based on the idea that you make enough on some to make up for the ones that craped out. I have some real dead ones (believe me!). I have also had some long shots come in for nice prices.

Some people get emotionally involved with their stocks. I can understand it. I just don't do it. This is just about money. Nothing else.

I like Ira's style. A New York street hustler who is busting his ass to make a big score. It is all about money.
