THere does seem to be overlap in what VCSI and FONX offer Siemens, except that it looks like there is a difference in the technology they offer. VCSI seems to be based largely on the Hidden Markov technology and as you know FONX is supposed to have the technology that is the next generation. I can only surmise that Siemens is covering all its bets. One of their spokespersons did say that FONX technology is "the best we have seen" FWIW. I'll still hold some FONX, but it's clear there are a lot of other fish in the pond.

Well, not much happening on this thread, I now have to agree with you that LHSPF is the voice company pure play that should be the core of a Voice Tech portfolio. I now hold LHSPF, FONX, VCSI, and AVTC.
AVTC went up 10% today for reasons unclear to me. Any one out there have any idea why?
Any other thoughts about voice/speech companies?
