Matty I wouldnt assume anything. There is something very under the table going on. It is worth talking to Phan and asking him what the relationship between HRCT and CNES is. That you are aware that Braemar is somehow involved in both. That you are curious if they have a realationship with BVI in the form of Ernst and YOung. Do they use ERnst and Young to do their accounting. Just ask questions. If he asks how you know all this.......just say you have a friend that requested you get the information and you dont know more than that. See if you can find out anything by poking and proding.
