Yes that's odd, as we are both in the same region to some extent.

But I'm fine here. Must be something between the POPs?

What else could it be.....I access fine so from the POP to SI must be okay. From me to the POP is okay..... you are in question but all other access is okay, I guess.

So from the local POP to their local POP might be the problem, yes?

In any event, perhaps you might bring it up to Tech Support.

Jerry and Patrick, Ping won't get you the info you want, you have to use tracert or schizoping or another that lists the route taken and the time taken between points in the route. I, we (my ISP), have requested of the T2 provider that they do whatever they can, to avoid a very congested major intersection that's causing delays and dropped info. Each day higher loads are being put on the system which will continue to force buildout of higher bandwidth and greater density of infrastructure. NN, FORE, ASND, CSCO, SYSF, and so many more... great stuff.
