"Draft Copy", all replies offering help appreciated.

Dear SEC,

I have invested in a stock called Rocky Mountain International Limited. You have halted their trading. They are run by a couple of crooks named Gary Morgan and Roland Breton.

Can you tell me just what we, the shareholders, have to do to regain control of the company we have bought?

Your help, as a regulatory agency, would be appreciated.

Best regards,

AD

IMO,
On the verge of $10MM, finalizing & auditing the 10K and coming out of the gate between $3-$5/share is the wisest approach.
To confront the company in the manner stated, IMO, is counter-productive, and a short-trap. The last release RE: the merger aided much to the halt. This plan comes off to me, either calculated or niave. I'm sure many non-shareholders will applaud it and high-five the shareholders suggesting this approach.
I have faith the lender/investor is doing his best to fulfill his contractual obligation and awaut, like all of you, for RMCW/Puhr to give RMIL a staus report.
I hope all shareholders had a great holiday, It was good to get away from the thread a couple of days....gets one energized!

An opinion - What if when it does start trading so many people bail that the shorts, if they exist, are able to cover?
