For people who read the 10Q's and 10K's you will notice EPS is being calculated on 116 million fully dilluted shares. This is the number of shares of GSTRF if all convertibles and warrants are exercised, AND if all Globalstar L.P. partnership units are converted into GSTRF shares. I believe now 2 partnership units can be converted into 1 share by the partners, or vice versa, I can't recall. Good old financial accounting rules should mean anyone who thinks EPS is on 30 million shares did absolutely no research on the company and did not read the financial statements.
