They're going to be pissed at how much it costs them to fill their orders come Friday.

The news from ASND was as good as I could wish for. I think it is possible that ASND trade 1/2 point in early morning to buy shares from weak hands, however, regardless of what happens tomorrow, I strongly believe the stock will be above 60 by July and because many people know this the stock will not go much lower in the near term. I hope this helps you to cover your shorts quickly.
