Ascend ASND short Check out Ascend for a good short term short next week. The buy on the rumor, sell on the facts rule should very much apply here. The beat earnings by a penny but missed the whisper by .02. The street was looking for better than expected earnings, ASND was supposed to announce something "big" which they never did. Their sequential quarterly earnings growth is 4.6%. They did not provide analyst's with any upward earnings guidance. ASND is up from 18 in the middle of Jan. to a close of 39 1/2 on Thursday. Let me know what you think, I am already short at 41.
