<<But don't blame us for your own investment decisions.>>>>>>? Where? When?
I'm trying to point out the obvious. THE STOCK IS DOWN A BUNCH AND WE'RE STILL NOT SURE WHY.

There are educated guesses. There are some hair brained guesses. And yes, there are some facts. But the facts don't, to my satisfaction, explain what has happened.

IF, there was illegal shorting going on, and IF that has been stopped, that will surely be beneficial. But IF there are ALSO large shareholders who have been selling, and IF they continue to sell, then we will surely see continued weakness. IMO, there probably IS one or more big sellers still out there. That is only an opinion, but it is based on the FACT that selling was going on long before the large short position was identified. And if they are still out there, you can bet your booties DCTC isn't going anywhere soon. George E.

Bruce: I'm not sure that it is illegal for a Canadian to sell short against locked shares. If the agreement contained a provision that expressly forbid it, then it would be. I don't think we have proof of that. This is pretty common practice north of the border. Of course, it certainly wasn't ethical or morally right to do so, but I think that Joe may have a problem forcing the person or persons to cover their short. Just my opinion (and I hope that I'm incorrect).
