Some potential investors might view CSMA as somewhat a if-y choice based on the credibility, and commentary of this guy Michael O Pickens. Since it was the company he represents M3 that rated Coconino as a buy. This might be a factor in the depressed value of our little jewel. JMHO

GO CSMA!!!!

Andy, can't answer your second question yet, but I just got off going through the last 120+ posts on the VTPI thread, and M. Pickens isn't the only thing people over there are mad about.

See that thread's post # 2021, for example: "Michael, they [VTPI management] were too busy giving themselves preferred shares and taking over the company to remember to pay their bills."

The latter bill (since paid) was in the amount of $200 (that's two hundred dollars) to pay for maintaining their web site. Not pretty!

But as I understand it, VTPI got a $500,000 judgment against Pickens. Don't see any analogy at all with the VTPI situation, however, and with what he's supposedly "done" here regarding CSMA by issuing a buy recommendation. Seems like he questioned some of VTPI's claims, and that's definitely not what he's done with CSMA.

I don't know Pickens personally and I certainly don't pretend to be an apologist for him. In fact, anyone is welcome to wade through the VTPI thread and report back here if they disagree with my reading or interpretation of same.

In the meantime, I'm keeping my focus on the waste disposal well and AdHatters. Gas would be good, too. 125% mortgage business all right as well, but for the moment it's not even a consideration as far as I'm concerned.

PS to Carole: It's ERHC and not EHRC, I believe. All I remember is that I think the shares were reportedly guaranteed at $2.

I'm not sure how much more good news I can stand, but I'm in this one long.
