I was just curious why people keep leaving WSTL... I thought that,
by now, the exodus would have stopped. After all it is Easter.

I am not worried about contractual agreements here but the long-term strength of the company. You can't keep losing key software engineers on critical projects when they are impossible to replace.
The most challenging projects remain understaffed and some others are becoming so in key areas. This will lead to problems later this year if they are not corrected immediately. Right? Some who listen can act...

Some of you have heard this before and heard that it is over. And it has subsided. But recent wave has me wondering if it will stop enough to get LU and other projects complete. Now that I am in this bird, I don't want it to wallow and having lost my key contact I have to present the info as I know it today, although I don't know if I can keep close enough tabs on it over the next 6 months. Latest concerns me nonetheless.
