Steve, I don't like spiders and snakes .. but I love SPY. I spent a lot of time this tax season trying to convince tax clients to dump their mutual funds and buy SPY. The performance of SPY is obviously much better than that of the funds, most importantly, from my perspective, folks wouldn't have these dividend distributions to pay taxes on. Hard to beat better performance and greater tax efficiency. The international perspective is interesting. How did you decide on your allocation? Thanks for the input on IBM. I agree it is premature, but bears watching. Almost finished with this year's efforts and looking forward to getting back and playing with what I really enjoy. Actually took a break today and went out to the beach and watched a beautiful sunset. God does nice work! Berney
