Yahoo article just said they were talking. If Nations is buying BAC they will have to pay a huge premium. Mr. McColl may be trying to do something for the record books before he retires. I feel a little sorry for the Nationsbank shareholder if nations does pay 5 times book for BAC.

My guess Nations could take Wells Fargo and still retain control of overall organization. Merger with BAC may put BAC managers in charge.
